Warranty policy

Warranty terms differ by product and are stated on the product page and in the documentation supplied with the item. This page explains how a warranty claim is handled.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or construction, identified within the warranty period stated for that product and reported with proof of purchase.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear from regular use, including surface marks and gradual change in appearance.
  • Damage from excessive or prolonged high heat, or from heating an empty pan.
  • Damage from unsuitable utensils, abrasive cleaning or cleaning methods not recommended for that product.
  • Damage from dropping, impact, or storage that scratches the cooking surface.
  • Products altered, repaired or modified outside our process.

Raising a claim

  • Email hello@tifliglobal.com with the product name, date of purchase and proof of purchase.
  • Attach photographs that clearly show the issue.
  • Our team will confirm whether the item is covered and explain the next step.

Resolution

Where a claim is accepted, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion, based on the product and the nature of the defect.
