Enquiries submitted through this website are stored in Google Cloud Firestore under our Firebase project, and are accessible only to authorised TIFLI staff signed in to our admin console. Product images are stored in Google Cloud Storage.
This website does not set advertising cookies. Where analytics or embedded content (such as a map) is used, those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies.
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to maintain a reasonable service history, then delete them.
